1. First Use

Before first use, wash your thermos, mate cup or bottle with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly to remove any manufacturing residue.

2. Maximize Thermal Performance

To get the most from our double-wall insulation:

For hot beverages: Fill the container with hot water, let it sit for 2 minutes, empty it, then fill with your beverage.

For cold beverages: Use the same process with ice water or ice cubes before adding your drink.

3. Dishwasher Safe?

To preserve the exterior finish and vacuum seal integrity, we recommend hand washing. Extreme heat and harsh dishwasher chemicals can damage the paint or logo over time.

4. Removing Stains and Odors

If your thermos has residual coffee or tea stains, use a mixture of baking soda and warm water. Let it sit for one hour, scrub gently with a soft bristle brush, and rinse thoroughly.

Important: Never use bleach or steel wool, as they can damage stainless steel.

5. Freezer or Microwave Safe?

Microwave: ❌ Never. Metal is incompatible and can cause hazards.

Freezer: ❌ Not necessary. Our double-wall insulation prevents external cold from reaching your liquid. Additionally, freezing liquid expands and may deform the steel structure.
